1. Information We Collect
- Customer details: name, phone number, email, full service address, city, district / zone.
- Booking details: selected service, date/time, notes, payment status, UPI reference (when provided).
- Technician applicants: name, phone, email, address, qualification, experience, emergency contact, driving licence, Aadhaar card, photograph.
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies for login session.
- Location: approximate location of assigned technicians during active jobs (with consent).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Schedule and deliver the service you booked.
- Assign a verified technician in your zone and share your contact / address with that technician only.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates via SMS / WhatsApp / call.
- Process payments and generate invoices and AMC documents.
- Verify technician applicants' identity and eligibility.
- Improve service quality, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- The assigned technician (name, phone, address required to perform the job).
- Payment processors (UPI / card) strictly for transaction processing.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with row-level access control. Identity documents (Aadhaar / DL) of technician applicants are stored in private buckets, accessible only to authorized admin reviewers.
5. Your Rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention rules — e.g. tax invoices).
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this may stop us from delivering further services.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies / browser storage only to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
